This value-for-money service allows you to have your own website on which you can promote your business, services, organisation or anything else for that matter. It is a low cost service which will give you great value in advertising. You will have a direct access address to your website in the form of www.yourname.sndads.com or www.sndads.com/yourname depending on your preference and whether or not you need e-mail addresses (also included if required). You can use this website address in your other advertising campaigns, business cards etc.. It will also be indexed in our main classified directory (www.sndads.com) which will be publicised directly by ourselves.

Anything you like! (as long as it's legal). Words, pictures, graphics, links to other websites, whatever you want. You have a 'blank canvas' on which to work and, unlike other advertising media, you can be as descriptive as you like without it costing you per word or per centimetre. We do, of course, have some limits on size but these should not be at all restrictive for your needs.
Dynamic (database driven) websites are not included in this 'rent-a-site' section. If your requirements include this functionality then please refer to our Website Creation services.
Get in touch with us by any of the methods shown on our 'contact us' page. We will answer any questions you may have, and, should you wish to take things further, we will make an appointment to see you and discuss your requirements.
We will consult with you to find out what information you need to have on your website and any style requirements, photographs, contact methods etc. you may like. We will also discuss suitable address names for accessing your site.
We will also need to know in what 'classifications' you would like to have your website indexed on www.sndads.com. (You may have your website indexed in several classifications to suit your needs. For example, if you have a business that does plumbing and electrical work your website can feature both of your services and you will have classified links in the plumbing AND electrical categories.)
We will then inform you of the costs involved (if any), and, if these are acceptable, will put the work in hand.
Your new website should be up and running in just a few days but we will give you a more accurate time scale when we know your full requirements
When we have completed your new website, and before it is published to the internet, we will show it to you 'off-line' so that you can determine its suitability. Once we have agreed that the website is to your liking you will pay the setup fee and pre-pay for as many weeks as you wish your page to be available. Once we have received payment your site will be published to the internet and entries made in our classified index. We will remind you a couple of weeks before your paymeny expires so that you can renew for a further term if you wish. If payment is not received by the expiry date of your pre-paid run, your site and index entries will be removed from the internet.
Simply notify us of any changes you may require and we will tell you the cost involved before you agree to those changes.
As website maintenance is included in the fees we will only charge for major changes. Any such charges will be kept to a minimum in accordance with our value-for-money policies.
The setup cost is just €70 (but it could be a little more if you have very complex requirements) and the weekly 'rental' is currently €1 per week. If you are prepared to pay for a years hosting and maintenance in advance then you could save even more - a whole 52 weeks for just €99 including set up charges. Where else could you have your own website created, hosted and maintained with 24 x 7 x 365 advertising with such great value-for-money? And remember, you get as much quality content as you like.
Our prices and service represent the best value for money available. Because of this we do not need 'special offers' - our everyday offerings are more 'special' than you will find anywhere.
p.s. If you pay in advance for one year we will guarantee that the second year will be available to you at the same cost as you paid for the first.
